About Connor

Who am I?

As a former classroom teacher who watched the release of generative AI chatbots from the front lines of education, I understand both the excitement and apprehension that educators feel when facing emerging technology. My mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical classroom applications, helping educators feel confident and empowered rather than overwhelmed.

I have experience teaching high school science, computer science, and math and hold a degree in Secondary Education, General Science from Montana State University. I love to learn, enjoy teaching others about emerging technologies, and facilitating discussions about appropriate implementation of new tools. I've spent the last few years exploring a variety of AI-powered tools and thinking strategically about what the classroom of tomorrow will look like as AI technology continues to evolve.

I live in Montana and substitute teach at my local high school. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the outdoor and exploing AI tools (such as Claude Code, which helped me build this website).Last summer, I spent a month chaperoning a group of High School students on an educational trip to Ireland (me pictured at the Giant's Causeway).
